The worst service ever has kept my car for over a week !!!

Paul's Automotive again did what needed to be done. I will take my vehicle back again.

Paul is extremely thorough. During an oil change he discovered my tires were outside the acceptable range required by Maryland. Who else would have known? I used the shuttle service which was pleasant and convenient. Paul makes good company.

Would not hesitate to recommend Paul's for auto repair. Professional to speak with, thorough review of the repairs I needed and were efficient in doing the repairs. Such a nice experience.

I had gotten a flat tire on the way home from work. They were able to put on a new tire the very next day. Since I lived nearby, they dropped me off back home and picked me up when the work was done. Excellent customer service!

07/15/21 Still, highly recommended. Excellent, reliable repairs. Excellent customer service. 10/10/2020 I highly recommend Paul's Auto, for the smallest to largest repairs. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reliable. I have a 20 year old car that still runs like new, thanks to Paul's. ------- My Review from 8 months ago: Made repairs to an older vehicle where parts are scarce. Reliable, professional, clear expectations, no hidden costs. Honest!!!

I stumbled upon Paul's Automotive when my son's car broke down at work. We live in Harford County and I knew the towing fee would be ridiculous to have it towed to our regular mechanic, so I googled mechanics near my son's work. Paul's Automotive was the closest (.5 mile) and so I had the car towed there. I was skeptical of being taken advantage of in this situation. This was NOT the case. Paul and Will were awesome. My son's car is older and we were already having recent mechanical issues, so I did not want to put too much more money into it. They fixed the issue at hand in order to get the car running and then explained the many other mechanical issues with the car that would become a problem in the very near future. They did not address these issues as being necessary to repair/replace to get the car running at that time, but instead a heads up of the potential problems if the issues were not taken care of soon. Thank you Paul and Will for the prompt service, fair prices and for being ethical and honest. Too bad you are not located in Harford County:)
