Excellent and extraordinary! Paul, the owner, and Ted, his right-hand-man, were exceptional in their listening, problem-solving, explanations, and solutions. I needed major work done on my mature vehicle and rather than dismissing the whole thing, Paul patiently offered options and we came up with the solution I needed. They included pictures of their work, along the way, too. Paul's Automotive is now my go-to mechanic, without question, despite a slight geographical inconvenience. I wish I had found Paul's Automotive years ago. I've had adequate work done over the years at a dealership, but now seeing what can and should be done -- wow. Thank you, Paul!

The service is wonderful. Yesterday I had a warning tire warning light. Paul ordered new tires and they were installed the next day. I have a 2016 Suburu that Paul has kept running smoothly.
