Paul's Auto is a great shop in the Baltimore area. Paul is friendly, informative, dedicated, and just a genuine up front guy. The prices are reasonable -- parts for different things might be expensive -- for a small shop and their labour. He just took out my car and properly diagnosed what was wrong. Although I didn't have that particular issue fixed, I now know what it is and have peace of mind that it won't affect me or my family's safety. If you want a mechanic you can trust, this is your guy. I have a Chrysler, by the way. He works on mostly domestics.

My experience at Paul's Automotive with my 2010 Honda Accord was very good. Paul was very thorough and checking out my car but most of all it was done in a very timely and efficient manner the only thing I thought was that it was a little pricey for what was done. I brought my car in at 8 and it was out by 1:30. What more could a person ask for. Paul even mail my very important Valentine letters out so they could get to the people on time. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and for how much care they took into looking into the problem of my car and resolving it and finding out the solution
