I found Paul’s when doing a search for mechanics that work with Cadillacs. I’ve been trying to get my Cadillac fixed for almost a year.... the dealership “fixed” my car 3-4 times this past year costing me too much money and never fixed the problem. And I was tired of the runaround. Paul’s took their time and did a thorough diagnostics and finally fixed the problem. My car sounds and feels so much better. Even better, their communication is amazing! He explained everything to me, fixed what needed fixing and went over a plan for what the car needs in the next 6 months. I found my new spot.

Paul's shop came recommended by another mechanic. They looked over a used car for me before I bought it. His assessment was thorough and informative. He sat down and reviewed photos of each issue he found. After we bought the car, we took it back to his shop for some maintenance. In both cases, he was responsive, timely, and straight-forward. I like that he uses multiple forms of communication, including text and email.
