Paul has helped us many times with reliable service and competitive prices. He's very good about communicating and about doing the work that's needed, but not trying to rip you off by doing extra work.

Paul was very helpful in providing a second opinion for a transmission issue.

This company wrote up an estimate for my car which would entail me putting over $2000 plus in a used car. I took it to get a second opinion and they found nothing that Paul's said were issues. This company was going to rob me of thousands of dollars to perform work that was not needed or not perform work on my car and get paid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DISHONEST MECHANIC TO ANYONE!!

Took the wife's car in for a brake issue (2018 Mazda 3). Resolved brake issue to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. Other items were listed that seemed more expensive than expected so I elected to perform the work myself. Some examples: Spark plugs (Inline 4 cylinder) : $360.39 Replace mount and balance one tire (had a gash in the sidewall, which I paid the premium for because we are out of state and this is significant safety issue): $310.38 (tire retails for $140 and could be ordered on sale at the time for as low as $120) Air filter: $101.14 In cabin air filter: $134.94 Last two items are nitpicky; most mechanics overcharge for these items, but the first two seem to be priced excessively high. The manager also cited an oil leak, which I had not observed. He stated that the entire engine was covered with oil. Turns out the mechanic had provided a report from a different car and there was no oil leak. It's a big operation so mistakes like this are bound to happen, but it doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Update: Had issues with the brakes again (rear calipers engaging constantly, wore through the pads and damaged the disks over ~4K miles). Took the car back to Paul's to see if he would make this right. He did, free of charge. Revising my rating to a five (from a three) because, while I think he overcharges for some parts, he stands by his work. Price is not my primary concern, I want the work done well and guaranteed if there are issues.

Very nice experience. Took my vehicle in at exactly the appointment time and was done in about 40 minutes. Will definitely be back again. They also appear to be very trustworthy which is a trait that I haven't experienced much especially when making a profit is involved.

Great shop! My transmission on my Nissan was acting up while I was on 695, so I pulled off right away and looked for the nearest shop. They took me in, even when they were busy, and got back to me right away. Unfortunately, I needed a new car, but they allowed me to leave my car overnight until I could get a tow truck. Super accommodating and nice! I highly recommend this place.

Took truck in for check engine light and entertainment console issues. Feared major electrical work. Paul and his team quickly diagnosed the engine issue and the separate radio issues, worked with our extended warranty company over the coverages, and completed the work quickly.
