10/10 experience. Im a college student not from this area so I was really scared of getting ripped off but Paul was 100% honest and trustworthy. Great place and will come again if I ever need anything else.

Paul is very knowledgeable about common problems with our 1998 Volvo s70. He communicates well thru taking pictures of the problem with our car and sending it thru emails/texts . I love that he does this, it helps me to understand what is exactly going on with my car as we are talking about the repairs needed. Reasonably priced! I highly recommend pauls automotive!

I have been to Paul’s on multiple occasions for an array of various car issues. He is always honest, kind and never pushy. I never feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me and the work gets completed in a timely manner! As a woman, finding a trustworthy auto shop took me many years of trial and error but this is the best in the Baltimore area! They always provide pictures and videos of things which I have never experienced with other places in the past. I recommend Paul’s to all my friends and will continue to go back time after time.
