Instead of saying they don’t service African Americans, they’ll say they don’t do oil changes or the services that are clearly indicated on the site. Not recommended at all, Racist environment

"This is extremely inaccurate. You walked-in at 4:35pm without an appointment when we close at 5:00pm. Our techs were already booked for the remainder of the day. Furthermore, you were informed that we do not install customer supplied parts yet you still brought your own parts. If you had made an appointment we would have been more than happy to change your oil using our products!"

Very happy I found Paul's Automotive on York Rd! Paul and his team were great to work with. They were able to diagnose an ABS module problem and provide updates by text and email while thoroughly inspecting my vehicle for any other issues. Paul was patient and explained the problem and repair options in terms that could be understood. Felt very comfortable speaking with him.

Paul's Automotive did a great job recently on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. They sent a report identifying what items passed inspection and which items needed attention. The report included photos that really helped identify and understand the issues that needed to be addressed plus those issues that could be deferred. Paul's service is dependable and trustworthy.
