I felt very welcome as a new customer. I had many concerns about my vehicle. Paul provided me with several options for repairs, with no pressure to perform any of the recommended services. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that was done, and the price of the services. Paul worked with us on some scheduling issues, and was very flexible and accommodating. This is a truly professional shop.

Paul and his crew did a thorough job, and pointed out future maintenance needs to my car - its amazing what they catch. They have implemented a really cool app that sends you an assessment chart of major systems on your car. Bad news is I am going to need a new radiator in a few months. GOOD NEWS is that I wont be on a trip and have a break down I didn't see coming! Thanks you guys!

I wouldn't take my '13 Toyota Prius V anywhere else. I trust Paul implicitly to correctly diagnose problems and fix only what is needed. He even recently called a Toyota dealership to check and see if a certain repair was still under warranty for my car. (Another shop would've probably tried to charge me for the repair.) I trust him to keep my car healthy for the next 10 years!
