Having had Paul take care of my aging '99 Honda CRV for years, it finally gave up the ghost two years ago. I bought a new Prius V in 8/13, and used Bill Kidd's for oil changes due to Toyota's two year free service plan. Bill Kidd's customer service is HORRIBLE! (Last oil change took 3 1/2 hours!) I will never use them again, and will only take my car to Paul's Automotive from now on. He is honest, smart as a whip when it comes to cars, and a really nice guy. A truly rare bird in the car repair business!
