Thank you to Paul and his team for being professional, thorough, and transparent. They did great work diagnosing an issue that I had poor luck with elsewhere and were able to fix it for a reasonable price with fast turnaround. Paul took the time to explain the tests that they ran during the diagnosis and how they identified the failing part. He also informed me about a part that’s showing wear and what to look out for if it starts failing (but that it doesn’t have to be replaced now). Highly recommend.
