I had a problem with my 2012 Volvo XC70. I had taken it several times to my usual mechanic and the problem was still undiagnosed. Seeing that Paul's Automotive came up when I searched for "Volvo Mechanics", I brought the car to them and they found the problem, which was not an easy problem to find since it was a part that was failing intermittently. They have a text system to update customers once you leave the car and a full report sent with photos and a video of the problem. I was even shown the part and given an explanation on the way it works. Great experience!

Paul and his team have done a great job fixing my car. They have also been very straight forward about whether certain repairs are worth doing or not. They take photographs of potential repair work that help customers understand what's going on with their cars. I highly recommend Paul's Automotive.

I'm not a very handy person - especially when it comes to cars. I find myself relying on the honesty of the mechanics in the shops that I go to - which makes me glad that I've found Paul's Automotive. Not only is everyone extremely friendly, but they will take the time to give you honest assessments and explanations on what is needed and why - even the owner himself. The service is quick and you get your car back in better shape than it went in. Would highly recommend!
